Regional meetings of the Plants Committee

If funding is not available for separate regional meetings, they shall be organized in conjunction with seminars or other related meetings organized by the Secretariat. One day shall be dedicated to deal with regional issues on plants. The regional representatives shall prepare the agenda and chair the regional meeting.
