Important Notes

The Export Quota Working Group will meet on Sunday, 10 October 2004 from 10h00 to 17h00 in Plenary Hall I. Please see document CoP13 Inf. 41.

Participants with "Visitor" passes are requested to contact the Registration Desk by 17h00 today.

All NGOs wishing to arrange a location for their meetings are requested to contact Professional Conference Organizers (PCO), telephone ext. 3502, or visit their counter located near Plenary Hall 1. The Secretariat will only arrange for meeting rooms for Working Groups formed in the Committees and for requests from Parties.

The United States daily NGO briefing will be held in the United States delegation room, located in Zone D behind the food court, near the Zone D entrance. The briefing will begin 30 minutes after the closure of sessions.
