Reservations

The Depositary Government (the Government of the Swiss Confederation) has informed the Secretariat that, within the deadline foreseen in the text of the Convention, it did not receive any reservations regarding the amendments to Appendices I and II adopted at the 14th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (CoP14, The Hague, 2007).

However, the Secretariat has revised the list of current reservations to follow the standard nomenclatures adopted at CoP14 [listed in Resolution Conf. 12.11 (Rev. CoP14)]. In addition, the annotations to the following species have been changed to reflect the
amendments adopted at CoP14:

Cyathea lunulata
Cyathea nigricans
Taxus wallichiana
Aquilaria spp.
Gyrinops spp.

The most recent list of reservations entered by Parties is available here.
