No. 720 Lausanne, 21 December 1992 CONCERNING: Transmission of Documents 1.On 15 September 1992, the Secretariat sent by diplomatic channel a Notification to CITES contracting or signatory States to communicate to them proposals from Australia for amendments to Appendices I and II of the Convention for consideration by postal procedures. A copy of that Notification was sent to the Management Authorities on 15 September 1992. 2.On 17 December 1992, the Secretariat sent by diplomatic channel a Notification to CITES contracting or signatory States to inform them of the comments made by certain Parties on the proposals referred to in the Notification mentioned under 1. above. A copy of the Notification of 17 December 1992 was sent to the Management Authorities on the same day. 3.The Secretariat hereby transmits to the Parties the following pages of the Directory sent with Notification to the Parties No. 139 of 5 June 1980. Two of these pages are new.
