                  Disappearance of Permit Forms


1.By  letter of 12 December 1992, received on 22 January 1993, the
  Management  Authority of Zaire informed the Secretariat  of  the
  disappearance of a book of blank CITES permit forms bearing  the
  printer's serial numbers 00251 to 00275.

2.The  Parties  are  therefore urged to be  particularly  vigilant
  regarding  CITES  export permits from Zaire and  to  immediately
  inform the Secretariat of the discovery of any form in the above-
  mentioned series.
