In  accordance with the Terms of Reference for the Administration
of  the  Trust Fund for CITES (Resolution Conf. 8.1  Annex),  the
Secretariat  is  sending  to the Parties  the  attached  document
Doc.  9.10, which contains the proposed budget for 1996-1997  and
the medium-term plan for 1996-2000.
