Reservations


1.   The Depositary Government informed the Secretariat
on 19 July 1994 of the withdrawal by
     Japan, effective 29 July 1994, of its specific
reservation with regard to Eretmochelys imbricata
     included in Appendix I.

2.   The above information was communicated officially to
the contracting or signatory States of the
     Convention through a Notification from the Swiss
Government (Depositary) on 25 July 1994.
