                    Annual Reports for 1993


The  Secretariat wishes to remind the Parties that have  not  yet
submitted  their annual reports for 1993 that the  Conference  of
the  Parties has established 31 October 1994 as the deadline  for
submission.

The  Secretariat urges the Management Authorities of Parties that
will  be  unable  to meet the deadline to seek  an  extension  in
accordance with Resolution Conf. 8.7.
