                         Electronic Mail


1.The  Secretariat wishes to inform the Parties that  it  has  now
  installed electronic mail. The Internet address is:

                          cites@unep.ch

  which is now included in the Directory sheet (see enclosed).

2.Parties  that have an electronic address are invited to transmit
  it to the Secretariat for inclusion in the Directory.

3.Parties wishing to receive by e-mail documents produced  by  the
  Secretariat  should  send an e-mail message  to  the  electronic
  address  given above, specifying whether they want  to  continue
  receiving the hard copies as well.
