                             CAMEROON

                   Stolen CITES Security Stamps


1.The  CITES  Management Authority of Cameroon  has  informed  the
  Secretariat  that, in early February 1995, security stamps  with
  serial  numbers from CM 9123076 to CM 9123650 were  stolen  from
  its  provincial  office in Douala. Therefore,  the  Parties  are
  requested to check the serial numbers of security stamps affixed
  to  Cameroonian export permits that may have been  presented  to
  the  Management Authorities or Customs offices during  February,
  and of those presented thereafter.

2.The Secretariat would appreciate being informed of any discovery
  of the use of any of the security stamps indicated above.
