CONCERNING:


                      Specific Reservations


1.The  Depositary  Government has informed  the  Secretariat  that
  Liechtenstein   and   Switzerland  have   entered   a   specific
  reservation with regard to the inclusion in Appendix II of Taxus
  wallichiana =436 #8.

2.The   above  information  was  communicated  officially  to  the
  contracting  or  signatory States of the  Convention  through  a
  Notification from the Swiss Government (Depositary) on  3  March
  1995.

3.The  ten  Parties which had entered a specific reservation  with
  regard  to the inclusion in Appendix III by India of the species
  Mustela  erminea have informed the Secretariat  that  they  have
  maintained the reservation with regard to the subspecies Mustela
  erminea ferghanae, now included in Appendix III in lieu  of  the
  species.

4.A  revised  version  of  the Specific  Reservations  Entered  by
  Parties,  valid  from  16 February 1995,  is  attached  to  this
  Notification. It includes also the changes in nomenclature  made
  as  a consequence of the adoption of standard references by  the
  Conference of the Parties (Resolution Conf. 9.26).
