CONCERNING:


                      Specific Reservations


1.The  Depositary Government has informed the Secretariat that the
  Russian  Federation has withdrawn all its specific  reservations
  except that with regard to the inclusion in Appendix I of  Lutra
  lutra. The withdrawal become effective on 26 April 1995.

2.The   above  information  was  communicated  officially  to  the
  contracting  or  signatory States of the  Convention  through  a
  Notification from the Swiss Government (Depositary)  on  2  June
  1995.

3.A  revised  version  of  the Specific  Reservations  Entered  by
  Parties,  valid  from  26  April  1995,  is  attached  to   this
  Notification.
