Notification to the Parties

CONCERNING:

Co-operation with ICPO-Interpol

1. In accordance with Resolution Conf. 9.8, the Secretariat is further developing its co-operation with ICPO-Interpol.

2. The Secretariat is pleased to inform the Parties that, through an exchange of letters signed by the executive heads of the two Secretariats, the General Secretariat of ICPO-Interpol and the CITES Secretariat have established a procedure for co-operation between the two organizations.

3. The Parties will find attached copies of the letters with an unofficial translation into French or Spanish as appropriate.
