1.The  Secretariat hereby transmits to the Parties  the  following
  pages of the Directory sent with Notification to the Parties No.
  139  of  5  June 1980. These pages reflect changes  and  replace
  pages of the Directory as follows:

   Australia:      Form  LSC (for artificially  propagated  plants
grown in Australia)
                      (This  form  replaces that of which  a  copy
                 was  sent  with Notification to the  Parties  No.
                 670  of  16.01.1992. However,  the  old  form  is
                 still valid during 1996)

                 Belize:             Export/Re-export/Import/Other
                 Permit/Certificate
                      (This  form  is  printed on  security  paper
                 coloured  beige  and includes in the  centre,  in
                 light green, the coat of arms of the country)
                      (This  form  replaces that of which  a  copy
                 was  sent  with Notification to the  Parties  No.
                 503 of 05.09.1988).

3.Finally,   the   Secretariat  transmits  to  the  Parties,   for
  information, copies of the following documents:

    +           Price List for 1996; and

    +           CITES/C&M International Magazine Number 4.
