Notification to the Parties

CONCERNING:

CITES Resolutions

1. The Secretariat hereby transmits to the Parties a publication entitled 'CITES Resolutions'. This document contains all of the Resolutions that remain in effect following the 10th meeting of the Conference.

2. In accordance with a decision made by the Conference of the Parties at its ninth meeting (Decision No. 1 directed to the Parties), the Resolutions from the 10th meeting, as well as the revised versions of Resolutions adopted previously, enter into effect on the date of this Notification to the Parties.

3. The new list of Decisions of the Conference of the Parties will be transmitted to the Parties in November 1997.
