Notification to the Parties

CONCERNING:

CITES Decisions

1. The Secretariat hereby transmits to the Parties a publication entitled 'CITES Decisions'. This document contains all of the Decisions other than Resolutions that remain in effect following the 10th meeting of the Conference of the Parties.

2. In accordance with a decision adopted by the Conference of the Parties at its ninth meeting (Decision No. 10.13 in the enclosed document), the Decisions from the 10th meeting enter into effect on the date of this Notification to the Parties.
