CONCERNING:
THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO
Security Stamps
The Democratic Republic of the Congo (former Zaire) will continue to affix on export permits CITES security stamps bearing the old ISO country code 'ZR' until the existing stock of stamps is finished or new security stamps bearing the new country code 'CD' are available. Parties are therefore requested to continue to accept such export documents until they are notified otherwise by the Secretariat.
