CONCERNING:
THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO
Stolen Security Stamp
1. The Secretariat has been informed by the Management Authority of the Democratic Republic of Congo that a security stamp, number ZR9121940, has been stolen.
2. The Secretariat urges Parties to examine permits from the Democratic Republic of Congo to ensure that this stamp is not re-used fraudulently. If the Management Authority of a Party should find this stamp on a permit presented for import, the Secretariat requests that it immediately inform the Management Authority of the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Secretariat.
