Notification to the Parties

CONCERNING:

Marking of Caviar Exported from the Russian Federation

1. Pursuant to Resolution Conf. 10.12, the Russian Federation has informed the Secretariat about legal exporters of sturgeon parts and derivatives. Additionally, details of marking systems and containers used to export caviar have been supplied.

2. The Secretariat transmits to the Parties herewith copies of the documents supplied by the Management Authority of the Russian Federation in English. The Secretariat has received colour copies of the photographs that appear in black and white on the following pages and can provide copies in colour to Parties that request them for enforcement purposes.
