- There is a background design printed in light green covering the whole form except a 10 cm circle in the centre with the coat of arms of Côte d'Ivoire in pale green

3. Finally, the Secretariat is also sending the proceedings of the 9th meeting of the Plants Committee (Darwin, Australia). These proceedings are currently being translated into French and Spanish. The translated versions will be send to the relevant Parties as soon as these are available.
