CONCERNING:
Working documents for the 11th meeting of the Conference of the Parties
1. According to Resolution Conf. 4.6 (Rev.), the deadline for the communication to the Secretariat of the texts of draft resolutions and documents for consideration at a meeting of the Conference of the Parties is 150 days before the meeting. The deadline for the submission of such texts for consideration at the 11th meeting of the Conference of the Parties was 12 November 1999.
2. To ensure that the Parties are able to examine the documents received from the Parties with the minimum of delay, copies are being sent in the original language to the Management Authorities with this Notification. A list of these documents is attached.
3. To Parties that are receiving documents in a language other than the one they usually use in CITES, printed copies of the translated documents will be sent when they are available.
