CONCERNING:

Documents and proposals for the 11th meeting of the Conference of the Parties

1. With Notification to the Parties No. 1999/89, of 22 November 1999, the Secretariat sent to the Parties the proposals to amend Appendices I and II, and with Notification to the Parties No. 1999/96, of 30 November 1999, the working documents that it had received from the Parties. These were sent to the Parties in the language in which they were received and are currently being translated into the working languages of the Convention.

2. A number of additional working documents are now available and are being sent with this Notification. These are listed in the Annex.
