CONCERNING:

Documents for the 11th meeting of the Conference of the Parties

The Terms of Reference for the administration of the CITES Trust Fund require the Secretariat to distribute the proposed budget and medium-term plan to all Parties at least 90 days before the date fixed for the opening of a regular meeting of the Conference of the Parties (see Resolution Conf. 10.1 Annex 1, paragraph 8).

2. In compliance with this requirement, the Secretariat is providing to the Parties herewith the working documents listed below, submitted for consideration at the 11th meeting of the Conference of the Parties.
