CONCERNING:
Control of operations that breed Appendix-I species in captivity for commercial purposes
(continuation)1. This Notification is an addendum to Notification to the Parties No. 2000/010 of 31 January 2000.
2. Through Notification to the Parties No. 2000/043 of 31 July 2000, the Secretariat communicated information concerning operations in Singapore that had been included in the Register of operations that breed Appendix-I species in captivity for commercial purposes. The Secretariat is attaching herewith some modifications.
3. The attached information concerning operations in Senegal, Singapore and the United States of America has been included in the Register of operations that breed Appendix-I species in captivity for commercial purposes.

1. Specimens bred in operations listed in this Register may be entitled to the exemption provided by Article VII, paragraph 4, of the Convention.
2. Parties are invited to reject any document granted under Article VII, paragraph 4, of the Convention, if the specimens concerned do not originate from an operation listed in this Register or from a species which has not been declared as bred in captivity by a registered operation.
