CONCERNING:

Resolutions in effect

1. The Secretariat hereby transmits to the Parties a publication entitled 'CITES Resolutions'. This document contains all of the Resolutions adopted at the 11th meeting of the Conference of the Parties, all of the Resolutions amended at that meeting and all other Resolutions that remain in effect following the 11th meeting.

2. In accordance with a decision made by the Conference of the Parties at its ninth meeting, the Resolutions from the 11th meeting, as well as the revised versions of Resolutions adopted previously, enter into effect on the date of this Notification to the Parties.

3. The new compilation of Decisions of the Conference of the Parties will be transmitted to the Parties in November 2000.
