CONCERNING:

Specific reservations

1. The Depositary Government (Government of the Swiss Confederation) has informed the Secretariat that Denmark, Finland, France and Germany have entered the following reservations for species included in Appendix III, in accordance with Article XVI, paragraph 2, of the Convention:

a) DENMARK (effective 8 November 2000)

– Mustela altaica
 – Mustela erminea ferghanae
 – Mustela kathiah
 – Mustela sibirica
 – Vulpes vulpes griffithi
 – Vulpes vulpes montana
 – Vulpes vulpes pusilla

b) FINLAND (effective 15 November 2000)

– Mustela altaica
– Mustela erminea ferghanae
 – Mustela kathiah
 – Mustela sibirica
– Vulpes vulpes griffithi
 – Vulpes vulpes montana
 – Vulpes vulpes pusilla

c) FRANCE (effective 31 October 2000)

– Mustela altaica
– Mustela kathiah
 – Mustela sibirica

d) GERMANY (effective 16 August 2000)

– Arctictis binturong
– Civettictis civetta
 – Mustela sibirica

2. A revised version of the "Specific reservations entered by Parties", valid from 15 November 2000, is attached to this Notification.
