CONCERNING:

Specific reservations

1. The Depositary Government (Government of the Swiss Confederation) has informed the Secretariat that on 19 January 2001 Belgium entered the following reservations for species included in Appendix III, in accordance with Article XVI, paragraph 2, of the Convention:

– Mustela altaica

– Mustela erminea ferghanae

– Mustela kathiah

– Mustela sibirica

– Vulpes vulpes griffithi

– Vulpes vulpes montana

– Vulpes vulpes pusilla

2. A revised version of the "Specific reservations entered by Parties", valid from 19 January 2001, is attached to this Notification.
