CONCERNING:

Forty-fifth meeting of the Standing Committee

1. The Secretariat hereby informs all Parties that, because of several international events taking place in Paris at the same time as the 45th meeting of the Standing Committee, it has been unable to secure blocks of hotel rooms for all participants in this meeting.

2. MKI Travel, the travel agent selected to handle the travel and accommodation for the Standing Committee members, will be pleased to assist delegates in securing accommodation on an individual basis. Parties requiring assistance should contact MKI by fax or email providing their date of arrival and departure and a credit card number in order to guarantee the hotel room. The contact details are:

3. Standing Committee members should inform MKI Travel with copy to the Secretariat of the composition of their delegation, and date and time of arrival and departure in order to make the appropriate arrangements.

4. The Secretariat urges all Parties that intend to be represented at the 45th meeting of the Standing Committee to provide it with the names of their representatives as soon as possible.
