2. The Secretariat hereby transmits to Parties only, copy of the following document:

Madagascar Temporary export permit for Crocodylus niloticus to be used during the period of the "Eclipse 2001"

– new – original size: A4 – to be used for specimens of Crocodylus niloticus only – only the quota from the year 2000 is to be indicated – may be valid for export from 15 June to 15 August 2001 only (possible validity period is three to six months)

3. The Secretariat hereby also transmits updates to the following Registers:

a) Register of operations that artificially propagate specimens of Appendix-I species for commercial purposes (distributed with Notification to the Parties No. 2001/007 of 9 February 2001)
