3. The Secretariat also transmits herewith the following documents:

a) a copy of the Summary Record of the 45th meeting of the Standing Committee, held in Paris, France, in June 2001

b) a copy of the Proceedings of the 10th meeting of the Plants Committee, held in Shepherdstown, United States of America, in December 2000

c) at the request of the CITES Management Authority of Canada, three documents in both English and French. The documents are:

– an Amendment to the regulations that implement CITES in Canada concerning personal and household effects, personal pets and labelling;

– the Chapter 52 of the Statutes of Canada 1992 (An Act respecting the protection of certain species of wild animals and plants and the regulation of international and interprovincial trade in those species); and

– the departmental consolidation of the Wild Animal and Plant Trade Regulations

d) a communication from the New Zealand Management Authority about the illegal export of geckos from New Zealand (in English only).
