CONCERNING:

Specific reservations

1. The Depositary Government (Government of the Swiss Confederation) has informed the Secretariat that on 22 October 2001 Japan entered a reservation concerning the listing of Carcharodon carcharias in Appendix III, in accordance with Article XVI, paragraph 2, of the Convention.

2. A revised version of the "Specific reservations entered by Parties", valid from 22 October 2001, is attached to this Notification.
