Notification to the Parties

CONCERNING:

Specific reservations

1. The Depositary Government (Government of the Swiss Confederation) has informed the Secretariat that on 15 April 2002 Portugal entered reservations concerning the listing of the following species in Appendix III, in accordance with Article XVI, paragraph 2, of the Convention:

Mustela altaica

Mustela kathiah

Mustela sibirica.

2. A revised version of the "Specific reservations entered by Parties", valid from 15 April 2002, is attached to this Notification.

3. This Notification replaces Notification to the Parties No. 2002/028 of 9 April 2002.
