3. Finally, the Secretariat transmits:

a) a copy of the Proceedings of the 11th meeting of the Plants Committee, held in Langkawi, Malaysia, in September 2001;

b) to Parties only, a CD-ROM of the 28th edition of the Live Animals Regulations of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), effective 1 October 2001 (updates from the previous version are indicated in red text); and

c) at the request of Australia, a document entitled "The role of CITES in the conservation and management of sharks".
