Notification to the Parties

CONCERNING:

Documents and proposals for the 12th meeting of the Conference of the Parties

1. With Notification to the Parties No. 2002/037 of 24 June 2002, the Secretariat sent to the Parties the proposals to amend Appendices I and II and the working documents that it had received from the Parties. These were sent to the Parties in the language in which they were received and are currently being translated into the working languages of the Convention.

2. The Secretariat is sending with this Notification:

a) the working documents now available in the three languages
Doc. 9.2, Doc. 13.3, Doc. 14, Doc. 16.1, Doc. 16.2.1, Doc. 16.3, Doc. 16.4, Doc. 17, Doc. 19, Doc. 23.1.2, Doc. 25, Doc. 29, Doc. 30, Doc. 32, Doc. 34.3, Doc. 41.1, Doc. 41.2, Doc. 45, Doc. 46 and Doc. 61; and

b) the revised version of proposal Prop. 12.26.
