Notification to the Parties

CONCERNING:

Specific reservations

1. The Depositary Government (Government of the Swiss Confederation) has informed the Secretariat that on 31 October 2002 Ireland entered reservations concerning the listing of the following species in Appendix III, in accordance with Article XVI, paragraph 2, of the Convention:

Vulpes vulpes griffithi
Vulpes vulpes montana
Vulpes vulpes pusilla
Mustela altaica
Mustela erminea ferghanae
Mustela kathiah
Mustela sibirica.

2. A revised version of the "Specific reservations entered by Parties", valid from 31 October 2002, is attached to this Notification.

3. This Notification replaces Notification to the Parties No. 2002/034 of 2 May 2002.
