Notification to the Parties

CONCERNING:

Appendices I, II and III

1. The Secretariat is providing herewith a revised version of Appendices I, II and III, valid from 16 October 2003, incorporating the additions to Appendix III referred to in Notification to the Parties No. 2003/053 of 15 August 2003.

2. The new CITES Handbook, distributed with Notification to the Parties No. 2003/059 of 29 September 2003, contained the version of Appendices I, II and III dated 28 May 2003. That version of the Appendices should be discarded and replaced by the version that is annexed to the present Notification.
