4. In accordance with the provisions of Resolution Conf. 12.10, Annex 2, the operations will be included in the Secretariat’s Register 90 days after the date of this Notification unless the Secretariat receives an objection from a Party and such objection is not withdrawn within this time. In this case the Secretariat shall refer the documentation to the Animals Committee. The Animals Committee shall respond to these objections within 60 days. Then, the Secretariat shall facilitate a dialogue between the Management Authority of the Party submitting the application and the Party or Parties objecting to the registration, and shall provide the recommendations of the Animals Committee, and allow a further 60 days for resolution of the identified problem(s).
