Resolutions

New Resolutions

At its 13th meeting (CoP13, Bangkok, 2004), the Conference of the Parties adopted 11 new Resolutions.

Revised Resolutions

The Conference of the Parties revised 24 Resolutions [identified by the suffix (Rev. CoP13) after the number of the Resolution].

In addition, the Conference of the Parties revised Resolution Conf. 12.1 on Financing and budgeting of the Secretariat and of meetings of the Conference of the Parties. This and other such Resolutions are excluded from the list of valid Resolutions because, although they have not been formally repealed, each one is considered to have been superseded by the next one on the same subject. They therefore remain in effect in particular as an indication of the scale of contributions agreed by the Conference of the Parties for past years and that unpaid contributions have still to be paid at the rates indicated.

Repealed Resolutions

Finally, the Conference of the Parties repealed four Resolutions.

Decisions

The Conference of the Parties adopted 105 new Decisions at CoP13 and revised a further four. The list of source documents can be accessed here.
