Decimoséptima reunión del Comité de Flora

Ginebra (Suiza), 15-19 de abril de 2008

Excursion Allondon Valley (Vallon de l'Allondon)

Visit the beautiful Allondon Valley not far away from the metropolis of Geneva!

The region around the river – an anabranch of the river Rhone – belongs partly to a nature reserve of national importance. Above the river there are vineyards and dry vegetation types. An easy walk of round about 3 hours will lead us through different habitats for flora and fauna. Especially in springtime the vegetation is magnificent!

The tour is guided by competent botanists who can give a lot of worth knowing information focusing mainly on flora and birds of this special area.
