ASUNTO:

Documentos de trabajo para la 11a. reunión de la Conferencia de las Partes

1. Con arreglo a la Resolución Conf. 4.6 (Rev.), la fecha límite para la comunicación a la Secretaría de los proyectos de resolución y los documentos que se someterán a la consideración de una reunión de la Conferencia de las Partes es de 150 días antes de la reunión. La fecha límite para la presentación de dichos textos en relación con la 11a. reunión de la Conferencia de las Partes fue el 12 de noviembre de 1999.

2. A fin garantizar que las Partes puedan examinar los documentos enviados por las Partes sin tardanza, se remiten copias de los mismos en el idioma original a las Autoridades Administrativas. A la presente se adjunta una lista de los precitados documentos.

3. A las Partes que reciban los documentos en un idioma distinto del que utilizan normalmente en la CITES, se les remitirá copia de los documentos traducidos una vez estén disponibles.
